I see lines running through everything and I see the patterns repeated from water to rocks to trees to our cardiovascular system. I see all things connected by one creator, one pattern maker. The knowledge that God makes such beauty, strength and variety inspires my work.

Acrylic-based inks and watercolour are used to etch out the lines I see in local vistas. Acrylic paints allow me to explore the grandeur of the colour I see in sunsets and rocky islands.

Though I have lived in Arizona, Manitoba, Quebec, and Bermuda, the longest run has been North Bay. Living here for over 22 years has given me the opportunity to teach adults and children, paint for garden tours, lead the painting of several carousel horses and animals, act as president of the White Water Gallery and participate as a member of Art on Main and the NBAA.
