Important Note to Art on Main Members:
Because you have already been juried to become a member of Art on Main, you need only submit the application form along with an exhibition proposal. However, if you wish to exhibit in a medium other than what you currently have in the store, you must include a CD with images of the new work you intend to exhibit along with an accompanying description list. (see application form for details)
